Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Taco's

3 chicken breast
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons chili pepper
1 cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup lettuce
1 Roma tomato
8 corn tortillas

Recipe Directions for Chicken Taco's

  1. Mix orange juice, oil, cumin, chili pepper and salt in large bowl. Slice chicken is strips. Marinade chicken is mixture for 2 + hours. Grill chicken.

  2. Shred lettuce, dice tomatoes for toppings.

  3. Optional: sour cream, avocado, onions & cilantro, salsa.

  4. Heat corn tortillas on grill

  5. Serve with salad or rice
