Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tacos

1 oz chicken, roasted, no skin, dark meat
1 corn tortilla
1/2 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
1/4 leaf lettuce, shredded
5 g lime juice, spritz from 1 wedge
1 oz fat free yogurt, optional

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tacos

  1. Skin and shred dark meat from legs and thighs of rotisserie chicken.

  2. Place corn tortilla on warm pan or griddle.

  3. Add 1/2 oz Pepper Jack Cheese and melt

  4. Add 1 oz chicken

  5. Add Lettuce

  6. Add 1 oz Pico De Gallo

  7. Spritz with Lime Juice

  8. Add yogurt and lettuce
