Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tacos

1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
8 ounces chicken breasts
1 tsp cayenne pepper
12 corn tortillas
6 slices fat free cheese
6 tablespoons salsa

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tacos

  1. Cook chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a skillet over medium heat until juices run clear.

  2. Once chicken has cooled, shred.

  3. In a nonstick pan, toast tortilla on one side. When lightly browned, flip and begin filling one side with the shredded chicken. Top with half slice of cheese, and fold.

  4. Flip tortilla once to finish melting the cheese and toasting tortilla.

  5. Add salsa before serving.
