Spicy, chipotle chicken taco meat

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tacos

1 pound chicken breast, cubed
1 tablespoon chipotle peppers, pureed
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, pressed
14 1/2 ounces canned diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon cumin
4 ounces green chilies, canned

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tacos

  1. Press garlic and add to olive oil in skillet.

  2. Add cubed chicken, drained tomatores, marjoram, cumin, green chilies, and pureed chipotle peppers.

  3. Saute until chicken is cooked.

  4. Serve with tortillas and cheese.
