Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Tacos

2 chicken breast
12 oz tomato
4 oz tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
8 oz velveeta
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 tsp low fat sour cream
6 tortilla

Recipe Directions for Chicken Tacos

Boil chicken until done. Shred Chicken. Combine tomatos (Rotel), seasonings, onion, tomato sauce in pan. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Add shredded chicken and velveeta. Stir. For thicker sauce, add corn starch.
