Delicious Chicken tacos with rice and beans. Very easy to make and will satisfy the whole family.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken tacos

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3/4 tsp Fresh Blends Herb
1 serving Sauteed Minced Yellow Onions
1/4 cup Short Grain Brown Rice
1/2 cup Refried Beans
1 medium (approx 5" dia) Taco Shells, Baked
2 tbsp Better Than Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Chicken tacos

Boil 4 chicken breasts with mexican seasoning, 3 garlic cloves and 1 whole onion until chicken is falling apart. saute 1 onion in olive oil add chicken to it. add in the water you have boiled the chicken in, cook until the consistency you like (may be a bit watery but still good!). heat up a can of refried beans and make brown rice to specifications on label. add veggies if you want. Its a delicious meal. we have 2 people in our household and it will feed us for 1 week...enjoy
