I love this stew! It is so easy and leaves me feeling satisfied. I use 3/4 cup as a serving. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a can of diced tomatoes for one of the diced tomatoes w/chilies.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Taco Soup

16 oz white beans
16 oz pinto beans
1 cup corn
8 oz tomatoes
16 oz chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
8 oz tomato sauce
1 chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Chicken Taco Soup

Mix all together except chicken add to slow cooker. Put chicken breast on top cook on low for 6-8 hours on high for 4-5 hours. Shred chicken when ready to eat.
