32 ounces chicken broth
28 ounces of canned black beans
14 ounces of canned pinto beans
14 ounces canned dark red kidney beans
14 ounces canned light kidney beans
8 ounces chopped onion
2 ounces of minced garlic
28 ounce white meat chicken
24 ounces of canned diced tomatos
14 ounces canned corn
4 ounces dry taco seasoning mix

Recipe Directions for Chicken Taco Soup

In a Dutch oven or and 8 quart stock pot sautee the onions and garlic together for about 3 minutes add the rest of the ingredients with the dry taco seasoning mix added last. Bring to a boil then simmer for an hour
