Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Taco Soup

3 chicken breast
14 oz corn
14 oz chili beans
14 oz black beans
10 oz tomato sauce, low sodium
28 oz tomatoes, diced (w/ chilies)
12 oz beer
1 oz taco seasoning
1 onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chicken Taco Soup

Combine veggies, beer, and seasoning. Add chicken and submerge just enough to cover chicken. Cook on low for 5 hrs. Remove chicken and shred. Add back to pot and cook an additional 2 - 3 hours on low. Can serve with reduced/low-fat cheese, sour cream or both. Also, can be served in whole wheat tortillas.
