Chicken taco salad that's simple and tasty. I'll also ask some black beans sometimes for extra protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken taco salad

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 oz Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water
1/2 cup Chopped Mexican Tomatoes
1 1/2 cup Salad, Vegetable, Tossed
1 serving Light Sour Cream
1/2 oz Tortilla Strips
0.5 serving Sharp Cheddar
2 teaspoons McCormick's Taco Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Chicken taco salad

Saute chicken in oil. Add taco seasoning. Add tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes. Place 1/2 cup of mixture on salad. Top with 1 Tablespoon of sour cream, cheese and tortilla strips.
