Chicken Taco Rice (KML) [serving size is 1 cup]

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Taco Rice

1 cup cooked chicken breast
14 oz chicken broth
8 oz tomato sauce
35 g taco seasoning mix
15 1/4 oz corn, drained
15 1/2 oz black beans, drained
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups minute rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Taco Rice

Combine chicken, broth, tomato sauce, and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add corn and green pepper. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork. Serve with cheese, doritos, and sour cream.
