Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Taco

1 tortilla
4 oz chicken breast, skinless boneless, shredded
1 plum tomatoes
1/8 Avocado
1 green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
2 teaspoons finely chopped cilantro

Recipe Directions for Chicken Taco

  1. In a dry nonstick skillet, heat the tortilla for about 30 to 45 seconds, or 15 to 20 seconds in microwave, just until warm and pliable.

  2. Mound the chicken, tomato, avocado, green onion, salsa, sour cream, and cilantro in center and roll up into a cylinder, keeping the filling inside. Serve immediately.
