Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Szechuan

1 lb Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup broth
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 garlic cloves
1 pinch ginger
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup Crinkle Cut Carrots
3 1/2 cups Frozen Deluxe Vegetables

Recipe Directions for Chicken Szechuan

In a bowl mix all ingredients. Cut chicken breast into strips if desired. Fry chicken in wok until done. Add frozen vegetables. I add extra carrots but the bag of stir fry vegetables I get also has some julien carrots in it. I don't exactly buy the Bird's Eye Deluxe Vegs but it was the closest I could find to the one I use. The one I prefer has broccoli, sugar snap peas, green beans, water chestnuts, onions and celery and red pepper strips. After chicken is fried and you'd added the frozen vegs, pour the sauce into the wok. Simmer until vegetables are soft. Sometimes you may have to add more broth, depends on how much sauce you desire. When the sauce has thickened and the vegs are done, I pour this over rice, but you could use noodles or whatever you want. (If I use beef I use red wine vinegar)
