Modified from a recipe using turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, Sweet potato and Cranberry

400 grams chicken leg
300 grams sweet potato
200 grams carrot
113 grams cranberries
40 grams onion
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup chicken stock

Recipe Directions for Chicken, Sweet potato and Cranberry

  1. Combine turkey, onion, honey, vinegar, ginger, salt and pepper and stock in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 5 hours.

  2. Add potatoes, cranberries and carrots. Cook for another hour or until potatoes are tender.
