Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with sundried tomatoes and ziti

6 ounce chicken breast
1 cup sundried tomatoes
2 cups dry noodles
1/4 chopped onions
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons red wine
2 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe Directions for Chicken with sundried tomatoes and ziti

  1. saute onions in oil, add chicken, saute until no longer pink. Add the rest of the ingredients, except noodles or ziti. Cover and cook on low temprature for 1/2 an hour.

  2. Cook ziti or noodles separately and add to the chicken mix just before serving.

  3. Note: soak sundried tomatoes in hot water before using.
