Seared Chicken with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with Sundried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

16.085 oz Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets
6 piece Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil, Drained
4 piece Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil, Drained
0.529 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken with Sundried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

Add 2 T olive oil to skillet. Add 1 teaspoon garlic. Sear 4 pieces of chicken breast till almost done. Add sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained. Finish cooking chicken until done, no pink inside. Place chicken and tomatoes on plate and add 1 tsp goat cheese.
