Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

12 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
8 oz. pasta, linguine (uncooked)
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. water
1/2 cup bottled roasted red peppers
1/3 cup Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil, Drained
2 medium green onions, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. fresh basil, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, Shredded

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

  1. Prepare linguine in large pot, according to package directions; drain.

  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in 3 Tbsp water.

  3. Place hot pasta, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, green onions, basil and red pepper flakes in pot used to cook pasta. Over low heat, toss to mix well.

  4. Add cheese, toss to mix well. Divide pasta evenly among 4 plates. Place chicken over pasta and serve immediately.
