Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stuffed Bell Peppers

1 bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped grilled chicken breast
1/4 cup brown rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stuffed Bell Peppers

  1. Grill chicken breast

  2. Chop grilled chicken

  3. Cook rice

  4. Chop and saute onions

  5. Remove insides of pepper

  6. Soak pepper in boiling water for 30 min

  7. Mix chicken, rice, onion, and seasonings in large bowl

  8. Remove pepper from water and fill with stuffing

  9. Bake in the oven at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes
