A fun and easy recipe I learned in my cooking class.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stuff

7 oz Boneless Skinless Breast with Rib Meat
8 tbsp Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Sage
1 serving Ground Mustard Spice
1 tbsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stuff

  1. Chop the chicken breast into cubes and put into a bowl

  2. Add half (2 tbsp) of the olive oil, the spices, and the barbecue sauce to the bowl and mix well until the chicken is fully coated

  3. Put the rest of the olive oil into a pan

  4. Add the chicken to the pan and cook on medium-high heat stirring occasionally to cook all sides of cubes. Barbecue sauce should caramelize and turn dark brown.

  5. Chicken is fully cooked when white inside and easy to split in half with a fork (approximately 10-15 minutes)
