Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stroganov

100 grams Chicken
35 grams fermented cucumber
100 grams LowFat Plain Kefir
40 grams Onions
5 grams Tesco Graham Flour
5 grams Tomato Products
5 grams Classic Yellow
8 grams Apti Sunflower Oil
100 grams Mushrooms Whole

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stroganov

Cut chicken into thin slices, add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Dice the cucumber, and slice the mushrooms, if needed. Finely chop the onion. Fry the meat on some oil, put aside in a bowl. Fry the onions and mushrooms on the remaining oil. Add chicken pieces, and cook together until it's soft. Sprinkle with flour, add tomato paste, mustard and diced cucumber. Pour in kefir (sour cream can be used too), add some drops of lemon juice, salt or pepper if needed. Let it boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
