Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stroganoff (Reduced Fat)

12 oz No Yolk Noodles
3 cups cooked chicken
2 cups chicken boullion
1 package ranch dressing packet
2 cups onion
2 cups fat free sour cream
3 teaspoons worceshire sauce
2 1/2 cups mushrooms
1/4 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stroganoff (Reduced Fat)

  1. cook noodles

  2. flour chicken and brown

  3. add onions for a few minutes

  4. whisk remaining ingredients then add to chicken, add mushrooms too

  5. simmer 15-20 minutes
