Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stroganoff

3/4 lb boneless chicken breasts
2 servings sour cream
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup mushrooms, canned
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stroganoff

  1. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces.

  2. spritz skillet with cooking spray and cook chicken until done. Remove to a covered dish to keep warm.

  3. Spritz skillet again and add onion, mushrooms, and spices. Add chicken broth and chicken. Stir in sour cream. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. While simmering, prepare brown rice.
