Simple chicken stroganoff recipe. Serve with whole wheat egg noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stroganoff

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pound chicken breast
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stroganoff

Cut chicken breast into chunks. Saute in butter until brown. Add onions and and bell pepper (mushrooms if desired) until tender. Add can of mushroom soup, salt and pepper to taste. Serve over whole wheat egg noodles or brown rice.
