quick stroganoff - replace beef with chicken breast

Recipe Ingredients for chicken stroganoff

12 mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cups (campbell's golden mushroom soup)
2 tbsp butter
4 cups wide egg noodles
1 garlic clove, minced
4 cups chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup sour cream
4 tbsp Worcestershire
2 tbsp salt
2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for chicken stroganoff

  1. Cook chicken on skillet over medium heat - add 2 tbsp of worcestershire 2 tbsp salt and 2 tsp pepper and 1 tbsp olive oil.

  2. In a seperate skillet cook mushrooms 2 tbsp butter, and onions and 2 tbsp of worcestershire until mushrooms are cooked down and onions are translucent.

  3. Heat soup in a sauce pan

  4. Add cooked chicken, cooked mushrooms and onions and add 1/2 cup sour cream

  5. Cook noodles per the package directions (add a tbsp of olive oil so noodles don't stick together)

  6. Serve Sauce mix over the noodles
