Chicken Stroganoff Recipe

To serve over Quinoa, brown/wild rice, or noodles of choice. Ingredients: 1 lb fresh ground chicken 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup chicken broth 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained (I use fresh) 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon tomato paste chopped parsley

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stroganoff

1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 serving Cooking Stock
8 tbsp Light Sour Cream
1.5 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup with liquid Mushrooms Stems and Pieces
0.13 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
448 grams Chicken, ground, raw
0.5 cup, sliced Onions

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stroganoff

  1. 1- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and break into small crumbles; add onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

  2. 2- Blend soup, broth, mushrooms, flour aqnd tomato paste: add to skillet. Heat until bubbly, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer for about ten minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream and heat through.

  3. 3- Sprinkle with parsley and serve over rice or pasta.
