Phesant style stew with chicken and beer... that's gotta be good!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Stout Stew

2 tbsp Olive Oil
32 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh Cutlets
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Onions
8 oz Mushrooms
1/4 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
3 Potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
1.5 cup Cauliflower
12 oz Beer
2 cup Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
1/4 tsp Bay Leaf
1.5 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Stout Stew

Lightly dust chicken in flour and brown in dutch oven. Remove and add onions, carrots, and rest of flour. Wilt then add beer to loosen the nibbly bits. Add all the rest of ingredients except cauliflower...cook on a low bubble for 50 minutes. Add cauliflower and cook for 10 more min. Chicken should be falling off the bone. Delish......great served with steamed kale.
