Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stirfry

800 3 breasts boneless skinless chicken breast
30 just a little bit onion
1 tsp olive oil
104 about 12 baby carrots carrots
96 g green beans
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth (i use sodium free)
4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 red pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stirfry

  1. Brown onions slightly in olive oil.

  2. Add chicken, fry until brown.

  3. Add sauce and carrots giving the carrots a headstart

  4. Add ginger.

  5. Add other vegetables and fry until they are done to your liking!
