Quick and easy version of a Chinese favorite

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stirfry

4 ounces chicken breast, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 celery stalk, chopped
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 cup brown rice, uncooked

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stirfry

Heat sesame oil in frypan on medium heat. Add chicken, celery and onions. Cook until chicken is cooked. Add the remainder of the veggies. Stir fry for five minutes, add soy sauce. Fry until heated through. Serve with rice.
