Chicken Stirfry Recipe

serve with brown rice. I mix it in the pan after chicken is fully cooked and before adding teriyaki sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for chicken stirfry

2 green peppers, sliced thinly
1 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/4 c ginger ale
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
4 tbsp teriyaki sauce

Recipe Directions for chicken stirfry

  1. thinly slice chicken. place in bowl with ginger ale, hot sauce, nutmeg and cinnamon. let marinate for at least 1/2 hour.

  2. heat up wok or frying pan and add a little olive or sesame oil to coat. add chicken and cook through. add green peppers.

  3. saute until peppers are cooked. add teriyaki and stir to combine. serve with brown rice.
