With red bell pepper, carrot broccoli and mushroom

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stirfry

1 tbsp olive oil
8 oz chicken breast
4 mushrooms
1/2 red bell pepper
8 oz broccoli
2 oz carrots
1 tsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stirfry

  1. cut chicken very thin and fry

  2. dice the red pepper, mushrooms and broccoli and add in that order

  3. slice carrots into slivers and add to the mix

  4. add garlic salt and whatever else smells like it would work

  5. fry on medium heat until all flavors are cooked in, adding water if it starts to stick
