Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stirfry 09/15/09

676 g chicken breast (3 breasts)
60 g light peanut butter
1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1000 g Oriental Frozen Veggies
22 g corn starch
1 tbsp water
8 oz sliced water chestnuts
10 oz sliced bamboo shoots

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stirfry 09/15/09

  1. Fry chicken breasts until no longer pink.

  2. Mix next six ingredients and heat in microwave until peanut butter mixes in.

  3. Add sauce and veggies to chicken.

  4. Cook until veggies are desired consistency.

  5. Mix cornstarch and water in separate container, once it is well mixed, add to stirfry and stir until sauce thickens
