A chicken stir fry with pak choi and no carbs!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken stir fry v2

1 serving Chicken breast, dry fried (fry light)
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
35 grams Mange Tout
5 leaf Cabbage, Chinese (Pak-choi)
1 tbsp Sauce, Hoisin, Ready-to-serve
15 grams Dark Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken stir fry v2

Heat oil in wok. add chicken and stir fry till almost cooked. Add mange tout, peppers and onions and cook for 2-3 mins. Add pak choi and continue to cook for 2 more mins. Add a dash of soy sauce and a the hoisin sauce. Toss the sauce in the mixture and serve immediately.
