Chicken breast and stir fry veggies with rice

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry with Rice

24 oz chicken breasts, sliced
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1 cup sweet red peppers, sliced
1 1/2 cup white rice, cooked
1 cup chicken broth
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry with Rice

  1. cook rice and set aside

  2. cook chicken in olive oil

  3. add veggies when chicken is mostly cooked,

  4. mix broth, seasonings and cornstarch, add to chicken and veggies

  5. cook until veggies are tender and sauce has thickened

  6. serve chicken and veggies over rice
