Recipe Ingredients for chicken stir fry

4 cups broccoli
2 cloves garlic
2 lbs chicken breast
1 cup mushrooms
2 cup green beans
1 cup bell pepper
2 cups carrots
1 oz ginger root
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tsp cornstarch
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp cooking sherry
1/4 cup cooked brown rice

Recipe Directions for chicken stir fry

Blance vegetables until fork tender. Mix corn starch, chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar and sherry in a bowl. Saute chicken breast in a pan. Add vegetables and mixture let thicken then serve over brown rice.
