Stir fried chicken and broccoli over brown rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir-Fry

27 grams Olive Oil
17 oz Chicken
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
3 serving Naturally Brewed Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 pinch Ground Ginger Spice
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Cook brown rice.

  2. Heat oil in sauce pan.

  3. Cook chicken about 6-7 min, browning on both sides.

  4. At the same time steam the broccoli.

  5. In a bowl combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, sesame oil and sesame seeds.

  6. Add broccoli and soy sauce mixture to pan with chicken and toss to coat.

  7. Top rice with your chicken and broccoli.
