Chicken and veggies in a stir fry

Recipe Ingredients for chicken stir fry

1 Chicken Breast
1/3 Red bell pepper
1/3 green bell pepper
1/3 cup shiitake mushrooms
1/3 sliced onion
1/2 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
1/3 cup snow peas
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon low sodium soy

Recipe Directions for chicken stir fry

  1. preheat the oil on a pan and add the chicken cut in cubes, once is almost fully cooked put it in a separate bowl.

  2. Add the vegetables to the pan and saute for about 2 minutes, add the soy and mix well.

  3. Return the chicken to the pan until is fully cooked.

  4. Serve immediately
