Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

10 oz chicken breast, skinless and boneless
1 large carrot
2 stalks celery
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup snow peas
1 medium onion
1 cup chicken broth, low salt and fat free
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Saute chicken with garlic in half of the oil.

  2. Set chicken aside.

  3. Saute vegetables in remaining oil until tender.

  4. Add chicken.

  5. Mix small amount of broth with cornstarch and honey.

  6. Add remaining broth to stir fry. Heat until broth is bubbling.

  7. Add cornstarch mixture.

  8. Serve
