Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

1/5 cup chicken breast
1/5 cup red pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/5 cup button mushrooms
1/5 cup green beans
1/5 cup rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Heat oil in a wok/flying pan

  2. Add chicken and cook until tender (not too brown)

  3. Add all the vegetables except the rice and cover, add a little water, and cover with another pan

  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes

  5. Add rice and sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes

  6. Make sure the vegetables are still crunchy and not overcooked
