Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

3 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
3 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 cup, chopped Onions
4 clove Garlic
8 serving winn dixie boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
18 pieces Baby Corn
1 cup Water Chestnuts
1 cup Bamboo Shoots (Sliced)
1 cup Bean Sprouts
3 cup Rice Sticks
2.33 cup Steamfresh Vegetables
6 tbsp Soy Sauce
6 1tsp Olive Oil
3 fl oz Sauce, Teriyaki, Ready-to-serve
2 carrots

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Brown chicken, onions, garlic in olive oil, add vegetables, frozen & fresh first then canned. Use chicken stock to keep ingredients moist.

  2. Add soy/teriyaki sauce.

  3. Cook rice noodles separately until just barely softened, drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Add noodles last.

  4. Toss ingredients gently while cooking to keep in whole condition
