Sauce and meat for chicken stir fry

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

1 tbsp corn starch
1 lb chicken breast
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
4 tsps oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp ginger
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Mix 1 tbsp sherry with corn starch. Add diced chicken and stir until coated. Refrigerate 20 minutes or longer.

  2. Heat 2 tsps oil in skillet. Saute onion and garlic. Remove from oil. Add remainging 2 tsps oil, heat and add chicken mixture.

  3. Cook until chicken is white, stirring occasionally. Add broth mixture and heat to boiling. Boil and stir until thick.

  4. Add various vegetables (carrots, mushrooms, water chestnuts, peas). Reduce heat to low. Stir until coated and heated through.

  5. Serve over rice
