Stir-Fry with what I had on hand.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir-Fry

10 oz Chicken, Meat Only
0.5 cup, sliced Onions
2 serving great value brocoli
3 oz Baby Cut Carrots
2 serving Rice
2 serving Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce less sodium

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Chop 10oz chicken into pieces, cook with tbs olive oil, add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 2 cups chopped broccoli, 3 oz sliced baby carrots, cook until moisture is gone from pan, add 2 tbs Kikkoman stir-fry sauce and cook for 10 minutes. Take off heat and serve.

  2. For rice: Boil 1/2 cup rice in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes, turn down heat and place lid on pot, let simmer for 8-10 minutes, let stand 5 minutes and serve.
