Recipe Ingredients for Chicken stir fry

1 lb chicken breast, diced
4 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrot, shredded
2 tbs. garlic, minced
2 tbs. ginger, minced
1 1/2 tbs. peanut oil
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbs. soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken stir fry

  1. heat 1/2 oil over high heat, add carrot and cabbage, fry until soft, remove from pan

  2. add remaining oil, garlic and ginger, fry until aromatic, add chicken, fry until done, add vegetables back into pan with sugar and soy sauce

  3. stir until heated through
