Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

1 1/2 lb chicken breast
4 cups broccoli
1 cup snow peas
1 small onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup sweet and sour sauce
2 tbl soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup white rice
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

Cut up chicken into bite size pieces and marinate in olive oil and spices. Chop veggies. Heat pan on medium high heat. Add chicken and cook through about 5 minutes. In another pan, heated stir fry veggies for 5 minutes. Add soy, sweet and sour sauce, ground ginger and seasonings and put lid on and steam for a couple of minutes. Toss with chicken and serve over rice
