Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir-Fry

6 oz chicken breast, sliced
1/2 large onion
1 tbs ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbs oyster sauce
16 oz mixed vegetables (frozen stir-fry)
1 tbs grapeseed oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Place frozen vegetables in a collander or strainer and run cold water over until thawed. Set aside.

  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Saute in grapeseed oil until no longer pink and beginning to lightly brown.

  4. Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Cook stirring frequently until onion is translucent.

  5. Add vegetables and oyster sauce.

  6. Continue cooking and stirring until vegetables are tender-crisp.
