Primarily a naked dish but you can add spices that you prefer. very good without though

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

3 chicken breast, medium, sliced
1/4 cup white onion, chopped
2 peppers, chopped, red, yellow
5 ounce of water chestnuts
12 ounce of snow peas
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. heat pan (wok) and add olive oil. Add sliced chicken breast to pan. Chicken does not have to be fully cooked to add vegtables.

  2. Add snow peas and water chestnuts (sliced) stirring occasionally. Cover and let steam for a few minutes.

  3. Add peppers and onion. (I only add these separately bcuz they dont take long to cook and i like them crunchy) Stir occaionally until chix is completely cooked and desired crunchiness is acheived with vegtables. :)

  4. I prefer this dish without adding spices bcuz the vegtables combined have a delicious flavor all on there own but there is a sweet stir fry sauce if desired.

  5. I serve with brown rice.
