It's my version of chicken stir-fry for a at home take out night. Easy to make and delicious

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir-fry

8 oz spaghetti
1 lb chicken breast, diced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, sliced thin
1 cup red pepper
2 tbsp italian dressing
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir-fry

  1. Cut Chicken into bite size peices and add to dressing that has been brought to a boil in frying pan. Cook until most of the pink is gone.

  2. Add all of the vegetables to the chicken and dressing in the pan and lower heat to about medium. Cook until vegetables are fork tender.

  3. While that is cooking, break spaghetti in half and add to salted water that has been brought to a rolling boil. Cook until al dente or whatever your preference for pasta is.

  4. Add teriyaki and soy sauce to vegetable and chicken mix and raise heat just until it bubbles in the pan. Let it boil for about 2 or 3 mins. Take off heat and add pasta and mix.

  5. Serve with a garden salad for a complete dinner!
