Chicken breast sauteed with cabbage, carrots, onion, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Sauced with a sweet/sour, honey mustard combo.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

12 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp honey mustard dressing
2 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cup shredded cabbage
1 carrot
1/2 onion
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1/2 green pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

Thinly slice the chicken breast and sautee in 2 T olive oil. remove to another dish. Add 1 T olive oil and add carrots and onion. Sautee about 1 minute and add mushrooms. Sautee about 1 minute and add cabbage and green pepper. Saute about 1 minute and return chicken to pan. Add sauce ingreadients and heat through. May serve over steamed brown rice.
