This is an easy meal for small families.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

1/2 cup white rice
1 1/3 cups water
13 2/5 oz boneless chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1/3 cup red or green bell peppers, diced
2 oz. teriyaki sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Start cooking rice before cooking chicken. Combine rice and water in a saucepan. bring to while covered for 20 minutes.

  2. While rice is cooking cut up bell peppers and chicken. Marinate chicken in tariyaki sauce.

  3. Cook chicken until white in the middle.

  4. After rice and chicken are done cook bell peppers and boil veggies for 5 minutes.

  5. Add meat and veggies on top of rice and enjoy.
