A little messy, but Easy and Delicious!!! I loved it, as did my husband.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

1 pound fresh chicken breast
3 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup diced red peppers
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1/3 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/3 cups diced mushrooms
1 cup water
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon (1 cube)

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Cut chicken into 1/2-in. strips

  2. Combine ginger, garlic powder and cornstarch. Mix well.

  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1/2 tablepoon of oil (whatever you prefer)

  4. Stir-fry chicken until no longer pink.

  5. Add soy sauce to chicken and sprinkle over the cornstarch mixture. It will make a little goopy mixture. (Sorry!)

  6. Remove chicken from heat and keep warm (You may want to clean the wok. I just used another one).

  7. Stir-fry (you can add a little oil if you would like) vegetables until tender.

  8. Add water and bouillon to vegetables and return chicken to pan.

  9. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

  10. ENJOY!!!
