Recipe Ingredients for chicken stir fry

2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1/2 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1/2 medium red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for chicken stir fry

  1. cook chicken in pan or wok c olive oil

  2. add peppers, onions, garlic to pan after chicken is completely cooked

  3. mix water cornstarch and soy sauce in a small bowl

  4. cook vegtables until slightly crisp

  5. add soy sauce mixture to pan cook until mixture thickens

  6. now it is ready to eat
